Board of Management meetings are open to BIA Members and to the public. These are usually held from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at a location on Roncesvalles to be confirmed. The meeting schedule for 2017 is:

- April 6 – Events Management, Marketing and Communications
- May 25 –2016 Financial Audit Review & 2017 Budget Update & Adjustments
- August 10 – 2018 Budget Submission
- October 25 – Annual General Meeting
- December 14 – 2017 Challenges and Solutions
Board agendas are tightly packed, so if you have an idea or issue you would like to bring to the board, please let us know in advance that you have prepared a deputation so it can be included on the agenda.
