Our members are invited to attend the upcoming Roncesvalles Village BIA (RVBIA) 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2022, 7:00 PM.

Members will be notified via email, in-person drop off where possible, phone and (in the case of commercial property owners) by mail.

RVBIA members are required to complete two (2) registration forms in order to vote at the AGM.  One to access/RSVP for the meeting itself and the other to register to be eligible to vote.  Members who have not completed the RVBIA member registration (step 2) will not be able to have their vote registered, even if they are in attendance at the meeting. BOARD MEMBER NOMINATIONS: Members who wish to submit themselves for nomination for a position on the RVBIA board for the 2023-2026 term are asked to complete this form by no later than Monday, November 7, 2022.
