We know a lot of our neighbours along Roncesvalles are cyclists. We’d like to invite you to a discussion in mid-January about better integrating cycling into the neighbourhood. We’ll also talk about enhancing the experience of pedestrians and making Roncesvalles a true “slow” street, in the best sense of that word.
At the meeting, we’d like to hear your ideas. The discussion will be led by renowned social marketing consultant and cycling advocate Gil Penalosa. It’s part of Walk and Bike for Life, a series of community-led planning workshops Gil is facilitating with selected neighbourhoods across the GTA.
WHEN: 5:30 – 830 p.m.
DATE: Thursday, January 15th, 2009
WHERE: High Park Library, 228 Roncesvalles Avenue
