Roncesvalles Village BIA 2024 Annual General Meeting

Our members are invited to attend the upcoming Roncesvalles Village BIA (RVBIA) 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2024, 7:00 PM. Please note for members there are two (2) steps: one to register to attend and another to ensure you are eligible to vote. Deadline to Pre-register is Friday, November 15, 2024.

Please note due to the virtual format of the 2024 Roncesvalles Village BIA AGM, this online form replaces the mandated in-person check-in and must be completed in order for you to be able to vote at the 2024 RVBIA AGM. Members are reminded that no person in attendance shall have more than one vote; one vote per business, one vote per property owner. If you are both a property owner and a business owner, you will need to allocate someone to vote for one of those entities in advance of the registration deadline. If you are not able to attend but wish to allocate a representative for your vote in your absence, please contact manager@roncesvallesvillage.ca in advance of the registration deadline to be accomodated. This documentation is only required if you are an RVBIA member (who wishes to have your vote counted).
