Local residents have become our regulars, and guests travel from all over the city to stop in for a taste of home. Our local influence extends right down to the original brick walls where local artists and trades people were hired to create the space from the ground up. Our wood burning oven was meticulously built on site one stone at a time by a local mason.

Every part of Pizzeria Defina is proudly rooted in the heart of Roncesvalles Village. In tribute to the Eastern European heritage, our signature pizza Roncy embraces the Eastern European vibe of our community.
